Bring your Ashford spinning wheel in for a service

A standard service will bring your wheel back to life and make sure that is running smoothly and spinning well. You'll need to bring your wheel along to us in person - Chat or contact us to make an appointment. We can normally complete a service in the time it takes you to go and get a cup of coffee or two!

Depending on the model the service includes...

• Check all bolts & screws
• Check con rod joint & replace if necessary
• Fit a new drive band and adjust
• Check & lubricate the foot treadles & pivots
• Check maiden bar, uprights, bearings, flyer hooks
• Renew & adjust the scotch tension brake band
• New original style orifice hook
• Lubricate to ensure smooth running
• Set up & test the wheel 
• Wax cloth & buff all over

*If we find a any problems we'll let you know before carrying on. Additional parts will incur a charge at the normal retail price.
